Broncor utilizes highly trained technologists under the supervision of a team of Neurophysiologists to provide all monitoring. We employ technologists with Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral degrees who receive extensive intraoperative monitoring training. Each technologist is required to attend lectures, meetings, as well as an extended apprenticeship-style training program prior to being allowed to monitor independently. Additionally, Broncor provides a secondary level of quality assurance by having a Neurophysiologist review and interpret all IOM data and generate a report to be inserted into the patient's chart.

Broncor was formed in 2003 by Brian J. Larson, MS, MBA, CNIM. Mr. Larson has had extensive training as an END technologist, as well graduate level business accomplishment. As former COO of one of the nation’s largest private companies providing END services, Mr. Larson developed comprehensive recruiting, training, and management processes that have been proven successful.

At present, Broncor is serving hospitals in Illinois, Missouri and Iowa.
